We are looking for a highly competent and detail-oriented Manager - Accounting & Finance to lead accounting operations, manage client portfolios, supervise teams, and ensure high-quality financial service delivery to US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping operations for US-based clients
• Supervise and mentor bookkeeping specialists and associate-level resources
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and reports
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP principles
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
• Review AP, AR, payroll, and cash flow management processes
