**Overview**
We are hiring a Manager 3, Creative Services to define and drive the creative vision for Credit Karma's member-facing ecosystem across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, lifecycle journeys, CRM, and emerging owned touchpoints.
In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of creative directors, writers, designers, content strategists, and producers - establishing the systems, storytelling frameworks, and operating models that enable personalized experiences at scale for more than 130 million members. This role sits at the intersection of brand building, customer experience, product storytelling, and lifecycle marketing, partnering closely with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Growth, Data Science, and Product Design to drive engagement, retention, trust, and financial progress.
