Summary About the Position: Incumbent serves as a Management Support Specialist who serves as a focal point for the program areas of budget, human resources, manpower, administrative issues and automation management for directorate administrative and management programs. Responsibilities Establish and maintain internal procedures for submission, tracking and control of Requests for Personnel Actions (RPA). Conduct reviews of manpower allocations and utilization. Investigate and examine management principles being utilized; such as, planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling. Ensure organization's strategic planning assessment addresses key customer and organizational needs. Utilize quantitative and/or qualitative analysis techniques in evaluating manpower utilization, mission and functions, management controls, and work processes and procedures in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
