This role exists because running a business well requires more than good instincts. It requires someone who can translate instincts into structure — and structure into results.

As Management Office Executive, you will work directly alongside the Director of a multi‑division automotive group. Your job is to help the organisation see itself clearly — where it is performing, where it is leaking, and what needs to change — and then to help make that change happen in a measured, accountable way.

You will not be handed a neat brief every morning. Some days, the Director will share a half‑formed thought and your job is to know what question to ask, what to research, and what to come back with. If you need complete instructions before you can move, this role is not for you.
