Responsibilities Serves as a Management Assistant for the MSCOE Directorate of Training (DOT) Operations and Support Division. Performing routine and recurring clerical duties which facilitate the conduct of more complex and detailed functions conducted by the supervisor and higher graded coworkers. Maintain database files that contain a record of each report/product prepared by the activity Track incoming staff actions, correspondence, and other communications or materials.
