Job Description
Summary The primary purpose of this position is to enable TAC operation and VA mission by planning executing, and analyzing various programs in the TAC, Operations Services/Plans/Training/Analysis Division including but not limited to the IT Customer Training Program, the annual in-person Industry Engagement Event, and the on-going development, implementation, and evaluation of contract specialist, engineer, and program managers training and development programs within the TAC. Responsibilities Major Duties: Develop, execute, evaluate, and update Customer Training for TAC Customers from across VA as well as customers from Other Government Agencies (OGA) with Information Technology (IT) procurement needs. Research, analyze and make recommendations to management regarding the types, duration, and frequency of developmental training for the TAC acquisition workforce as well the development of interns hired by the TAC.
