Summary The primary purpose of this position is to enable TAC operation and VA mission by planning executing, and analyzing various programs in the TAC, Operations Services/Plans/Training/Analysis Division including but not limited to the IT Customer Training Program, the annual in-person Industry Engagement Event, and the on-going development, implementation, and evaluation of contract specialist, engineer, and program managers training and development programs within the TAC. Responsibilities Major Duties: Develop, execute, evaluate, and update Customer Training for TAC Customers from across VA as well as customers from Other Government Agencies (OGA) with Information Technology (IT) procurement needs.
