Develops, reviews, and revises comprehensive travel policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and Department of Defense (DoD) Financial Management Regulation (FMR). Executes the enterprise Post-Payment Review (PPR) program to independently audit vouchers and ensure fiscal integrity. Utilizes the DTMO Compliance Tool and other data analysis software to identify high-risk transactions, anomalies, and potential indicators of fraud, waste, or abuse.
