Summary This position is in the Veterans' Employment and Training Service (VETS), a subagency of the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). The incumbent serves as a Regional Outreach Specialist corresponding to the VETS Regional Offices. This position is inside the bargaining unit. Responsibilities For the GS-13 Management and Program Analyst (Regional Outreach Specialist) position the duties include: Provides general knowledge and technical proficiency in the development of strategic outreach plans, communications, public education, and regional engagement strategies. Develops a regional strategy, supporting the VETS Operations Plan for engagement with employers, SWA's and other organizations and individuals that inform and influence action in the veterans' hiring space.
