The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Team Lead/Project Manager and senior analyst to conduct comprehensive manpower requirements, process improvement, and organizational analysis/studies of a wide diversity of organizations, functions, and work processes. Responsibilities Leads a manpower management engineering team, as a project manager, to conduct manpower requirement determinant and process improvement projects/studies utilizing approved management engineering and process improvement practices.
