Joining a close-knit commercial team and working alongside the Fee and Contracts Manager, Finance Business Partners and operational colleagues, you’ll bring costing, analysis and commercial insight together to shape fee uplifts, contract negotiations and smart decision-making across the business.

The role pays £35,000 – £38,000 and is based in Rubery, with genuinely flexible, home-based working.
