About the job Management Accountant (6 months)

Duties and responsibilities:

• Understand the GL structure and maintenance and ensure alignment with the reporting.
• Detailed review of the general ledger to ensure completeness and accuracy then process journal entries.
• Compile and submit timeous monthly financial reports.
• Adhere to reporting guidelines for FAS and Tax Packs.
• Resolve monthly audit and reporting queries.
• Track and analyze performance across the board providing commentary (Act vs Budget vs Forecast vs Prior Year).
• Preparation and maintenance of Balance Sheet recons for review and approval.
• Ensure that respective BU Essbase numbers reconcile to HFM for both monthly and budget numbers.
• Monitoring of cost rabbit along with stakeholders to determine where being impacted and suggestion on how to correct in ledger (i.e. accruals to be released from BS, prepayments to be ...
