Job Description
Role Overview
As a Networking Managed Services Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA, you will focus on ensuring our clients' IT infrastructure and systems remain operational. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems, and working closely with clients and internal teams to meet SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve medium‑complexity incidents and service requests.
- Update ticketing systems with detailed actions taken.
- Communicate with clients and teams to provide status updates and risk mitigation plans.
- Escalate tickets to Centers of Excellence or appropriate teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with automation teams to optimize and automate routine tasks.
- Co‑train Service Desk and L1 teams on technical and behavioural skills.
- Establish monitoring for client infrastructure and manage initial escalations for operational issues.
