In this pivotal role, you will drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth by understanding customer objectives, aligning our cloud and digital transformation solutions to their needs, and delivering exceptional service across diverse managed environments. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships within the State & Local sector, supporting ongoing operations, and identifying new opportunities to enhance and broaden our managed services footprint.
