Responsibilities

• Achieve yearly target income through sponsorship and leasing of temporary spaces
• Conceptualize and execute fairs, special events and activities to add value to assigned property
• Spearhead special events, projects, activations in common areas of property handled
• Keep a calendar of all promotions and activities happening in property assigned to
• Monitor all promotions and activities and prepare post-evaluation reports for every event
• Coordinate with Leasing group to come up with an updated list of tenants of property handled
• Monitor and update tenant sales and performance / Manage yearly promo and activities calendar of property handled
• Prepare post-promo / post-mortem for all activities handled for filing
• Ensure that all events, exhibitors and organizers are following the company rules and guidelines
