**Job Title: Makino Grinder Operator**
**Job Description**
This role involves setting up and operating precision Makino grinding equipment to perform inner and outer diameter grinding on metal parts for aerospace applications. You will complete setups and changeovers, interpret blueprints and schematics, and ensure parts meet tight dimensional tolerances while maintaining a clean and efficient machining process.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and perform changeovers on Makino and other precision grinders according to job requirements.
+ Operate precision grinding equipment to perform outer diameter and inner diameter grinding of metal parts.
+ Grind and smooth metal components to remove defects, sharp edges, and excess material while maintaining specified dimensions.
+ Hold and verify high tolerances, including approximately +/- .001, to meet aerospace industry standards.
