About the Role
Over the past five years, the Development team has increased fundraising by 50% through a combination of transformational 6- and 7-figure gifts and solid increases from existing donors, while also significantly growing the donor base through innovative Donor Marketing.
We are successful, in part, because SFL raises money through vision-based fundraising, not piecemeal project pitches. Every fundraiser is trained to deliver SFLβs organizational pitch, selling the full scope of our mission and impact. This approach has been a powerful driver of donor engagement and gift growth, and itβs central to how this role operates.
