Join Race Coast Western Cape as Major Events Sales Administrator - Support Big Events, Big Clients and Big Commercial Opportunities

We are looking for a professional, organised and commercially aware Major Events Sales Administrator to join our dynamic Events and Commercial team.

The ideal incumbent will be client-focused, detail-driven and confident in supporting the sales, administration and coordination of major event opportunities across Race Coast Western Cape venues. This role requires someone who can manage enquiries, prepare proposals and quotations, coordinate site visits, maintain accurate sales records, support client follow-ups and assist with the handover of confirmed major events to the delivery team.

The Major Events Sales Administrator will report to the National Events Sales Manager / Head of Major Events / Head of Events and will work closely with Major Events, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Security and venue teams....
