Role Overview
As the Maรฎtre D', you will serve as the prominent Face of the restaurant's front door and a vital floor manager. This unique hybrid position requires an elite hospitality leader who excels at managing high-pressure guest reservation flows (OpenTable), while seamlessly executing essential back-of-house operational duties. You will lead, mentor, and organize the host team, handle VIP relations, and collaborate directly with upper management to maintain pristine service and administrative standards.
