Maintenance Technicians
Ultimate LLC is urgently seeking to hire Maintenance Technicians for full time commercial work in the Gainesville, Georgia. The pay range is $24-$32 per hour based on experience. The majority of our position’s hours range from 45 to 50 hours a week.
Ultimate Maintenance Technicians Responsibilities
Painting, framing, Trim work, Drywall hanging, misc. Carpentry tasks
Demolition including removal of walls, floors, cleanup, etc.
Light Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing responsibilities
General knowledge of construction practices
Willingness to work hard
Able to take directives from others
Able to work within a team environment.
