ROLE: Maintenance Technician
HOURS: 52 hours (4 on -4 off)
LOCATION: Wakefield

Role Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general porterage, cleaning (including cell cleaning), and decorating duties as requested by the Facilities Manager, maintaining internal and external entrances and surrounding areas.

  • Liaise with Mitie staff and management on the day-to-day running of the building, including reporting issues relating to operation and appearance.

  • Conduct routine checks and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), including fire damper testing (training provided), ...
