Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all gym equipment, facilities, and building systems are well maintained, safe, and operational. This role supports smooth club operations by performing preventive maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards across the fitness club(s). Key Responsibilities
Equipment & Facility Maintenance
Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on gym equipment (treadmills, bikes, strength machines, lockers, showers, lighting, air-conditioning, etc.).
Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and servicing.
Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and service schedules.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure facilities comply with workplace safety, health, and hygiene standards.
