Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in HVAC system operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Basic in electrical control, air conditioner installation.
• Sufficient knowledge with FMCS and BAS system.
• IT savvy and knowledgeable in using Microsoft Applications for basic reporting.

Job Details

• To monitor system and equipment statuses on BAS to ensure HVAC system continuously operate in smooth condition.
• To immediately attend, rectify and elevate any breakdown and failure to system or equipment to ensure zero Interruption to Production.
• To ensure the data collection and recording on time and zero of human error.
• To perform routine rounding to all system and equipment. To perform visual inspection and data recording.
