**Job Description**
This role supports production activities across a fast-paced manufacturing plant by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. The technician ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and promotes a safe working environment while performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and fabrication tasks.

**Responsibilities**

+ Support production activities across the manufacturing plant by maintaining and servicing equipment to ensure consistent operation.
+ Troubleshoot equipment issues, diagnose root causes of failures, and resolve process problems to minimize downtime.
+ Perform repairs on motors, pumps, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and 220V/480V electrical systems.
