Overview

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician (Facility) to focus on the rigorous maintenance of HVAC systems (AHU/FCU/Cassette) and essential pumps, alongside managing Fire Safety and EHS compliance. You will act as a key technical point of contact, supervising external vendors and ensuring all repairs are followed up with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• In charge of all Facilities equipment’s repairs and maintenance

• Manage to do preventive Maintenance for all the AHUs, MAHU’s, FCU, Ceiling Cassette, Dryer’s, Pumps and all related to facilities.

• Ensure facilities and Fire Safety Equipment are in good working conditions and in compliance to EHS rules and regulations

• Maintain good housekeeping at work and ensure that all operational equipment is functioning
