**Job Description**

The Maintenance Technician will work on-site at a large, modern corporate technology facility in Omaha, providing hands-on maintenance support for the entire building. This role covers a wide range of tasks, from routine repairs to more complex building systems work, while delivering excellent customer service to employees who submit maintenance requests through a ticketing system.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general building maintenance, including repairing or replacing doors, lights, desks, and other facility fixtures as needed.
