**Job Description**
The Industrial Maintenance Technician plays a key role in improving the reliability and performance of manufacturing and infrastructure equipment within a regulated food and beverage environment. This position focuses on maintaining plant equipment at optimum efficiency by troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and related systems. The technician also supports the development and training of junior maintenance team members and production staff to enhance overall machine efficiency and uptime.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform routine maintenance and repair on sprockets, pumps, bearings, shafts, chains, conveyors, belts, and all related mechanical equipment.
