Performs preventive and corrective maintenance related to the facilities, equipment and associated systems. including, but not limited to: fire systems, tube system, equipment repair, nurse call, infant abduction system, life safety components, paging system, Med Gas systems, paging systems, locks and door repair.

**Job Responsibilities and Requirements:**

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Performs repairs according to work orders or verbal instructions and compiles proper documentation following established policies and procedures. Identifies and requests parts and components needed to complete tasks.
