**Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on performing comprehensive maintenance activities for plant equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production operations. You will conduct inspections, troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues, support preventive maintenance routines, and collaborate closely with production teams and vendors to minimize downtime and maintain high quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Participate in all aspects of maintenance, including routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and major equipment overhauls under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
+ Survey production processes on a regular basis and follow daily, monthly, and annual maintenance routines for major equipment to prevent unplanned downtime.
