My client is on the lookout for a Maintenance Technician to join the team.

This role will include working across multiple retail stores through planned visits and responsive maintenance. You’ll complete a wide range of building fabric and housekeeping repairs—including fixing floors, walls, doors, toilets, fitting rooms, basic plumbing and other general upkeep—along with carrying out and assisting minor PPMs to ensure each store stays in good working order.

Key Responsibilities – Maintenance Technician

Complete minor maintenance and fabric repairs- Carry out a range of building fabric and housekeeping tasks—such as basic joinery, painting, basic plumbing, minor floor repairs, fixtures and fittings—delivering work safely and to a high standard.
