**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

The Maintenance Technician II performs both preventive and reactive maintenance on all production equipment and building systems, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations. You will support plant performance by troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, sustaining product quality, and helping the facility meet its production and budget goals.

**Responsibilities**

+ Understand, follow, and enforce all established safety, health, quality, GMP, and company policies, procedures, and recognized practices.
+ Monitor product quality levels and adjust manufacturing processes as needed to ensure product integrity.
+ Maintain controls and support practices that help the plant achieve performance goals aligned with budgeted targets.
