Position: Maintenance Technician

Position Overview:

Harper Operating Company is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support multiple McDonald’s restaurant locations. This role is responsible for maintaining equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure restaurants operate safely and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment

+ Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems (experience preferred) • Maintain fryers, grills, beverage equipment, ice machines, and kitchen equipment • Perform plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs as needed

+ Conduct preventative maintenance inspections

+ Respond quickly to equipment or facility issues at restaurant locations
