About the Role

As a Mechanical Technician, you will serve as the subject matter expert for the safe, precise assembly and testing of K‑Winch products, including both diesel‑ and electrically‑driven winches and masts. You will ensure that consistent, high‑quality output is maintained across the K‑Winch area, identifying and addressing production issues as they arise. You will demonstrate expertise in the use of hand and power tools, promoting safe and efficient use among your team. Your responsibilities include driving assembly improvements, collaborating in engineering discussions, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring work is right the first time, on time.
