**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician II (Industrial Maintenance Mechanic / Facilities Technician) maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role supports both industrial machinery and building infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural elements, with a strong focus on preventive maintenance and minimizing equipment downtime while maintaining compliance with safety standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment such as conveyors, motors, pumps, and gearboxes to improve reliability and extend equipment lifespan.
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to quickly restore equipment to safe operating condition.
