**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
Join a dynamic company specializing in the manufacturing of precast concrete products. We are seeking two dedicated maintenance technicians to enhance our 3rd shift team. This position requires you to train on the day shift for one month before transitioning to the designated shift.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain all mechanical aspects of plant and yard equipment.
+ Understand and work with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor and auger systems, power tools, overhead cranes, welding and fabrication, SMAW, GMAW, plasma torch, oxy/acetylene cutting, and wheeled vehicle repair and operation.
+ Work with various low/high voltages, motor starters, and VFDs.
+ Perform 60% reactive maintenance and 40% preventative maintenance.
+ Read and understand parts diagrams for equipment assembly and disassembly.
+ Communicate with supervisors regarding parts inventories and supplies.
