Coreworks is hiring immediately for full time **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** positions.

+ **Location** : Brightwood Club Association - 100 Brightwood Club Drive, Lutherville Timonium, MD 21093.
+ **Schedule** : Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Some mandatory overtime and participation in the maintenance on call schedule required. Further details upon interview.
+ **Requirement** : Prior maintenance experience required.
+ **Fixed Pay Rate:** $20.00 per hour.
