**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician performs both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently through preventative and reactive maintenance, while supporting operators with equipment setup and changeovers.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure consistent operation.
+ Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment, including gearboxes, conveyors, mixers, chillers, proofers, ovens, and baggers.
+ Work safely with electrical systems up to 480V, following all applicable safety procedures and standards.
+ Rewire, replace, and install motors, including three-phase AC and DC motors, as needed to support production.
