+ perform semi-skilled and skilled maintenance repairs, repair of equipment

+ observe safety rules and risk assessments

+ intermittently analyze problem equipment’s, interpret work orders

 

+ able to explain jobs to others

+ knowledge of electrical, energy management, mechanical, HVAC, card access control, alarm, and security camera systems

+ manage inventory control

 

+ understand federal, state, and local, laws, codes, and regulations

+ knowledge of construction practices

+ manage material needed for workorders
