Location: Chardon, Ohio | Pay: $21.69/hour | Schedule: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime available and an on-call schedule

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of hands-on residential or commercial maintenance experience
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
• Ability to serve properties in Chardon, Newbury, Middlefield, and Chagrin Falls
• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
