We are recruiting for a hands‑on Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Manager to join a high‑volume recycling operation in South Yorkshire. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this is a key role responsible for leading and developing the site maintenance function.

The role is approximately 40% hands‑on and 60% office‑based, combining leadership responsibilities with practical engineering involvement.

• Planning and coordinating work for 2 Maintenance Technicians (1 Mechanical, 1 Electrical)
