An exciting career opportunity exists at Medipost Pharmacy , The primary purpose for this position is to assist and lead a team of Maintenance workers to complete tasks given to them by the Maintenance Manager, or any day-day and preventative maintenance. This Team Leader should be able to work independently and provide constructive feedback on work given and be able to assess the Maintenance Workers quality of work. The Team Leader is responsible for to ensure that all General Workers arrive and attend work as per their contracts, and to inform the Maintenance Manager if the policy is not followed correctly. The Team Leader should ensure that the General Workers are productive in their Day-to-Day work. The maintenance team leader should ensure that Air-conditioning systems is maintained in accordance to the preventative maintenance schedule.
