We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor in Youngstown, OH who can troubleshoot fast, lead confidently, and keep operations running at peak performance in a high-demand manufacturing environment.



Job Requirements:

• Maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing


• Strong hands-on skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting


• Experience with PLC systems, motors, conveyors, and industrial equipment


• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems


• Working knowledge of CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs

$26–$28/hour

10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (OT Required)
