**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor – Manufacturing General & Engineering**

**Job Description**

This role leads the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the effective use of personnel, materials, and equipment to support Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost (SPQRC) objectives, while providing technical support to the manufacturing departments.

**Responsibilities**

+ Establish, implement, and maintain long-range plans to improve maintenance activities across the facility.
