SUMMARY

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supporting and directing the maintenance staff, the production equipment and building structure with a focus on accountability, reliability, efficiency and waste reduction through Best Maintenance Practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide supervisory support for the maintenance of overall plant and support equipment.
• Support ongoing implementation and optimization of maintenance best practices, inventory parts, standard inspection programs and predictive maintenance programs.
• Assist in the development of the annual maintenance budget and support meeting specific equipment reliability targets while operating within budget.
• Work with the supervisory team to improve plant operations including safety, quality, cost efficiency and waste management.
• Support the continuous reduction of overall plant downtime using available resources.
