Job Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supporting the maintenance team in a fast‑paced 24/7 manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong hands‑on approach, with the majority of time spent on the production floor supporting troubleshooting, repairs, breakdown response, preventative maintenance, and day‑to‑day maintenance coordination.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, support production uptime, manage the maintenance shop and spare parts inventory, drive continuous improvement and asset reliability, and maintain accurate records through the CMMS system.

Key Responsibilities
