Job Purpose

BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Maintenance Supervisor . The main responsibilities of this role include ensuring the availability of company assets through effective coordination of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance plans in collaboration with relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an up-to-date record of critical equipment.
• Create and update the record of critical spare parts and ensure they are properly recorded in the MRO warehouse system.
• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of assigned personnel, ensuring compliance with internal labor regulations and customer service standards.
