**Job Description**
We are currently seeking a **Maintenance Supervisor – Nights** for our Mechanicsburg, PA retort plant, where we produce dairy-based coffee beverages. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can develop technicians, solve complex equipment issues, and drive results in safety, quality, and production performance.

Shift: 6:30 pm – 6:30 am (2/2/3 rotation)

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians to meet safety, quality, and cost goals
+ Schedule work, prioritize tasks, and optimize staffing for 24/7 operations
+ Train, coach, and develop team members to build strong technical capabilities
+ Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive root cause solutions
+ Partner closely with production to improve communication and efficiency
+ Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards
+ Identify opportunities for cost savings and equipment improvements
