We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment specializing in plastic extrusion equipment. This position plays a critical role in driving plant reliability by reducing downtime, improving machine availability, and ensuring high operational standards. The person will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and directing maintenance activities, as well as ensuring that equipment and systems are functioning correctly and safely.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, hands-on leadership, and a problem-solving mindset, with the initiative to implement lasting solutions. This role will also oversee the development of structured maintenance systems, manage spare parts and critical components inventory, and take ownership of service contracts for chillers, compressors, and other key plant infrastructure.
