I. Job Summary

Reporting under the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is accountable in ensuring the efficient and effective operations of the assigned line/s following implementation applicable of maintenance, quality, occupational safety and line HR systems, anchored with business needs and objectives. The Maintenance Supervisor ensures mobilization and coordinate with involved department the conduct of corrective and preventive maintenance activities for electrical and mechanical components of the line/s, as needed and scheduled. The Maintenance Supervisor implements capital expenditure projects, repairs & maintenance while ensuring alignment on appropriately budget and timelines.
