Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor at our Denver, CO plant, local producers of Udi's Gluten Free products, you will lead the 3rd shift team members in the maintenance department to ensure production lines, affiliated equipment, and facilities operate efficiently. You will schedule work and workforce to meet production demands, maintain the preventative maintenance system, and strive to exceed the plant’s safety and uptime goals. You will help establish mechanical integrity and equipment reliability programs to ensure employee safety, provide environmental security, and maximize plant availability, product quality, and cost effectiveness. You will leverage internal and external resources to provide daily direction and solutions for the workforce.
