Comunilife Inc. is looking to fill Maintenance Specialists positions for its Bronx Congregate program, West Farms Residence. The Maintenance Specialist may be assigned to congregate, transition or to scattered site programs and may be reassigned to different sites as required by the programs. Repair and maintain assigned premises and keep the facility clean and organized. Responsible for the general safety conditions of the assigned facility. Ensure cleanliness and maintain building(s) in good condition and repair to ensure the safety and comfort of the staff and clients and protect the Program’s physical facility.
